Toronto firm buys Lang Tannery complex for $61M

TheRecord - Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust said Wednesday that it has signed a deal to buy the Lang Tannery office complex, also known as The Tannery District, in downtown Kitchener for $61.75 million.
